ITINERARY AS BELOW

Day 1-Arrival at Srinagar

Pick up from the airport and transfer to hotel check in to the hotel “Relax and unwind in the breathtaking beauty of Kashmir, where every moment is a serene escape into nature’s paradise.” And Guest will take Shikara boat ride at dal lake for 1hr, after that return to the hotel, overnight stay at the hotel. 

Breakfast at the hotel and after breakfast proceed  to Sonmarg Via Gagangeer, the place you are going to is filled with lakes, alpine glaciers, and passes. So, you cannot afford to miss even one of them. Thajiwas Glacier is the best place to visit, Thajiwas Glacier is a must go to the place and is one of the most famous places in the whole of Kashmir. You can see the stunning glacier, the meadows to die for and a lot of waterfalls. Thajiwas Glacier is every bit of place you hoped to see. 25) If you are booking Innova, please note that Vehicle Model will be 2014 or older than that. Innova crysta

26) If you are Booking Katra in package, please note that Darshan to Vaishnodevi Mandir is not included in

the package and guest need to make their own arrangement for Vaishnodevi Mandir from hotel, no

sightseeing included at Katra. Also, guest need to arrange their own Yatra Parchi which is mandatory for

visit to Vaishnodevi temple.

27) Chained Vehicle not included, during winter season when guests travel from Tangmarg to Gulmarg. If

chained vehicle would be needed due to heavy snowfall, then guests need to pay extra cost of the chainedvehicle to the Union cab at Tanmarg taxy stand, Normal vehicle will not be able to reach from Tanmarg to

Gulmarg 12km distance, The extra charges for Union cab will be INR 2500/- Tavera/Tata sumo per vehicle.

28) The Description on 13- and 17-seater tempo traveller is as per below:

The 17-seater tempo traveller has 12 seats + (Sofa seat – no push back) + 1 seat is foldable seat on left hand

side of driver.

And The 13-seater tempo traveller has 8 seats + (Sofa seat – no push back) + 1 seat is foldable seat on left

29) Cancellation policy as below for Kashmir packages:

After confirmation booking is under 30% Cancellation charges.

1. 30% Cancellation Charges/Retention after confirmation.

2. 50 % Cancellation Charges/Retention between 21-16 Days from the travel date.

3. 75% Cancellation Charges/Retention between 15-11 Days from the travel date.

4. 100% Cancellation Charges/Retention less than 10 Days from the travel date.

5. 100% Cancellation Charges/Retention for no show and date change.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION.

For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking Voucher. Guest will have to make 100% payment before 30 days of arrival. Otherwise booking will consider as Cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS: –

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.

All cancellations are to be communicated inwritten and advance ammunition- refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour.

Further charge will be levied as follows: 30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non-refundable, advance will be charged.

30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost. 14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost. 07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.

However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above- m e n t i o n e d table.

Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. The above- m e n t i o n e d cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third- p a r t y product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party.

The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
